How to Pickup/Return

Pick Up Skygo WiFi:

1. Choose your pickup date and location when booking

2. On the day of pickup, go to your selected pickup location

3. Provide your booking name and number to receive your pocket WiFi

Return Skygo WiFi:

1. Return the pocket WiFi to the location where you picked it up

2. We will check the device and accessories

3. You will receive a return confirmation email

Note:

- Returning the device to a different location than the pickup point will incur a $5 fee
