Please choose your preferred method when booking. Pickup: Select your pickup date and location, and collect your pocket WiFi at the designated pickup point. Delivery: We will deliver the pocket WiFi to your specified address.
Yes, same-day booking and pickup are available.However, some pickup locations may not support same-day pickup. Please check the details for each location before booking.
Yes, you can. If you need to change your return location, please contact our customer support first. The change will be free of charge. However, if the device is returned to a different location without prior notice, a $5 fee will apply.
Yes, it is possible. The person picking up the device must present the booking name and booking number.
Your WiFi will be delivered by two days before your rental start date.Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can easily check the delivery status.
By adding insurance, you’ll be covered for replacement costs in case of theft, water damage, or loss.The insurance costs just $2 per day. For full details on coverage, please check our Terms of Use.
Rental WiFi provides internet access, so you can use messaging apps like WhatsApp.However, sending or receiving SMS (text messages) is not guaranteed.
Web browsing: around 1000 pages, Map navigation: around 15 hours, YouTube streaming (480p standard quality): around 2 hours
Up to 5 devices can connect simultaneously. However, for optimal performance and stable internet connection, we recommend one device per WiFi unit.
